"The REC is the membership organisation dedicated to improving recruitment practice in the UK, both by setting standards for recruitment businesses to adhere to and by improving the knowledge and professionalism of individual consultants."

REC Audited...

We have achieved REC (Recruitment Employment Confederation) Audited status, that verifies compliance with the law and the REC’s Code of Good Recruitment Practice.

As the professional association representing the £25 billion recruitment industry, REC is the arbiter of professional standards for recruitment agencies and professionals throughout the UK. All REC member agencies must agree to work according to the REC Code of Practice which is designed to ensure that recruitment businesses not only operate legally but also ethically and according to best practice.

However, some recruitment businesses, including us, have chosen to go one step beyond merely affirming their commitment to professional standards and have signed up to have our processes independently validated by professional auditors. During the audit process, the inspectors look at records and procedures as well as interviewing internal staff to confirm they meet or exceed the expectations.“REC Audited” is a new initiative for the REC, arising out of members desire to provide full transparency and validation of their good business practice. Tudor Employment Agency is therefore among one of the first companies to achieve this accreditation – further evidence of the confidence and care with which we do business.
