Experienced hands on Butcher required for established high volume meat processing plant. Candidates MUST have accurate knife skills and have experience in using cleans, meat saws, band saws and other associated equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming functions. You will be required to make primary cuts / boning / trimming. Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.
Immediate starts available subject to successful bench test.
