We have an ever increasing portfolio of clients and our success in finding them the right staff for temporary or permanent assignments is due to the attention to detail we pay in researching and understanding our clients business, culture and work practices. This is then obviously communicated to potential candidates together with all of the relevant information including job descriptions to ensure the assignment is successful.

Interview Process

All of the candidates we register undertake a comprehensive interview with our consultants in order for us to understand their needs and abilities, previous work history, qualifications and establish references.

Subject to both parties’ agreement and us securing references we will then commence work on your behalf with immediate effect to find you employment. The agreement entered into however does not put either party under any obligation to offer or accept employment.

Please remember to bring along the following documents in order to register for work with Tudor Employment:

  • Proof of ID
  • Proof of National Insurance Number
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (passport, work permit, WRS form, birth certificate)
  • Proof of address (driving licence, bank statement, utility bill)
  • References or contacts
  • Bank details

You will also need to inform us of any intended or pre booked holidays.

Actual Assignment

When we have a position / assignment to offer we will contact you by phone and outline the following points:

  • Position
  • Job description
  • Company/address/location
  • Rate of pay
  • Anticipated length of assignment
  • Hours of work/breaks etc
  • Safety clothing/equipment needed
  • Training needed/offered
  • Other supporting info such as canteen, proximity to buses/shops, smoking policy.

If you choose to accept the offer of an assignment we will then confirm in writing via the issue of a Contract for Services and inform you of who to report to and then contact the client with your relevant details, start date and time.

We will speak to both yourself and the client on your first day to check how things have worked out and will stay in regular contact with you whilst you work on assignment for Tudor Employment.

We pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of workers supplied to our clients and have a very good reputation for the overall service delivered, therefore it is important that you stay in constant touch with us regarding your availability.

If for any reason you are unable to attend work, all we require is a ‘phone call to your local branch giving us plenty of time to inform the client and arrange other alternative cover.

We operate a 24 hours service so you can always get hold of us!


You will be paid weekly (one week in arrears) directly into your bank account. To ensure we obtain the correct tax code, please make sure you provide us with your P45 / P46 before you start your first assignment with us. Your tax and national insurance will be deducted automatically.


All Tudor Employment temporary workers are entitled to up to 28 days paid holiday pro-rata.


In order to ensure you are paid efficiently and on time it is important we receive your signed timesheets.

We will advise on the day your assignment commences with regard to check ins and whether the company requires you to clock/swipe/sign in or if you have to get an individual timesheet signed after each shift.

If you are required to get a timesheet signed it is important to remember you must hand this in to your local branch no later than 9am on the following Monday in order for the payment to be electronically transferred into your account by the following Friday.

Therefore we request you attend your assignment on time, go about your job diligently, respect and uphold the companies ethics and practices, be punctual, appropriately dressed and polite.

If for any reason, after giving the assignment a reasonable chance, you do not enjoy the position or company all we ask is for you to contact us, explaining the reasons, with plenty of time for us to organise alternative cover and of course another assignment for you!
