Service Advisor

Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our well-established client, based in Stafford (ST16).

You will be working for a well-established Motorhome business, who specialise in the sales of both new and used motorhomes, campervans and caravans.  You will be joining a friendly and professional team, working in a brand new purpose built dealership.


  • Meet and greet customers/check them in
  • Help process orders with the parts department 
  • Support the Service Centre Manager with any additonal duties when required
  • Communicate effectively with all customers
  • Manage the logistics and parking of vehicles on site
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Liase with the parts department on orders and inform customers of availability for fittings
  • Obtain vehicle history and input information onto computer system TMS
  • Upsell any work and/or accessories
  • Answer customer queries regarding prices/process
  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are understood and accuratley recorded
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with the Service Centre Manager 
  • Operate at all times with company policies and procedures

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Motor industry experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Ability to sell and upsell products
  • Reliable and hardworking 

Hours of work: 8:00am until 5:00pm with alternative Saturdays

Salary: £20,000 per annum + bonus
