Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes (WV10)

Contract: Permanent  

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £20,000 per annum – Increased to £21,000 following successful probation period

You will be joining the UK leader in environmental solutions, who provide a comprehensive range of waste, water and energy management solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating training records on google sheets 
  • Ensuring data is accurately inputted 
  • Provide administrative support to all teams 
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working towards deadlines
  • General administrative support
  • Booking courses and rooms
  • Booking employee’s onto courses 
  • Using computer systems – Word and Excel
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Handling emails

Ideal candidate:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Administration experience
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
